THE STEAM ACADEMY DOCUMENTARY PRESENTATION MAY 16th

CMA is delighted to present this short documentary capturing the energy, creativity, and innovation of our very first STEAM Challenge Academy at Glenstal Abbey School. From hands-on workshops to ambitious student-led projects, it’s a true celebration of what young minds can achieve when empowered with Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Maths.

Watch as students brainstorm sustainable energy solutions, harness AI to build websites and custom models, develop prototypes, document their journeys, and pitch visionary ideas for real-world impact. The programme blends technical mastery, creative problem-solving, prompt engineering excellence, and entrepreneurial thinking — all while focusing on sustainability and AI-driven innovation.

This is more than an academy — it’s a launchpad for the next generation of changemakers. Huge thanks to the students, Glenstal Abbey School, and everyone who made this inaugural programme such a resounding success!

A huge congratulations to the finalists and prize winners including overall best project winner David Wilke for his brilliant solar powered, self watering flower pot! We’ll have further posts on the finale very shortly, stay tuned!
