A glorious morning on Day 2 Connemara Maths Academy Summer Camp July 23-29 greeted us for breakfast at 8am and workshops with Chuck, James and Paul followed at 8.45.
Tunnels and Team Tasks before lunch while James, Paul and Chuck had more puzzles and challenges for them.

20 new students arrived yesterday to join our remaining students and what a great group they are!
We’ve a great mixture of girls and boys from Ireland, Scotland, France, Spain, Italy and Germany this week. We’re looking forward to getting to know our new guests and to having another action packed, adrenaline fuelled programme!
Day 6 Connemara Maths Academy Summer Camp
July 16-22
The final day before half of our students head off after a week of discovery, creativity & adventure.
This morning was all about Fibonacci, and how we incorporate his discoveries in production of movies!
Movie Awards are on this evening to see who the best actor, best actress, best director & best production are this week!
We’re looking forward to meeting all the parents tomorrow morning at 12.20 for the presentation.

Day 5 Connemara Maths Academy
Summer Camp at Delphi
July 16-22
Graham was working on coding today to control switches and of course create. Idea games while James kept the students challenged with Maths workshops. Archery before lunch followed by Adventure Activities including Archery, Zip Wire and insanely high trekking!
Day 4 CMA Summer Camp July 16-22
Cian kept everyone in track to finish their sound tracks in Music Technology workshops while James ran Challenges and puzzles including the Pythagoras Squares.
Tunnels and Team Tasks followed by Graham’s workshops on electricity and Sine Waves.
Surfing was a big hit! Kevin and his team gave everyone the basics in 5 minutes and then it was off into the Wild Connemara Surf!
Day 2 Connemara Maths Academy
Summer Camp July 16-22 at Delphi Resort
We woke up to another morning of glorious Connemara sunshine and another packed schedule of discovery, creativity & adventure with Chuck Challenges extracting carbon dioxide from three different sources (including Chuck’s car), exploring heat conduction and air pressure which involves the impossible feat of an egg effortlessly defying gravity and space while James and Paul explored probability using Archery and Paul ran a Tag Rugby session.
Day 1 Yesterday evening following registration, students enjoyed a light supper in the Kylemore Abbey Dining Hall, prepared by the one and only Josie Ryan, who is looking after them so well.
