Connemara Maths Academy Summer Camp
July 2-8 (Next camp starts Sunday at Delphi Resort – 2 places left!)
There was a wonderful atmosphere this evening as we watched the student’s movies after they all performed brilliantly in producing a movie in one hour in the iPad Challenge. Hilarious & at times surreal and always well edited and presented.
It was another early start with breakfast at 8 and then exploring the wonders of electricity with Graham and how to capture, edit and produce s movie.
Hill Walking in Connemara is a treat but especially so when the wind is warm and the hot sun is beaming down. Conor brought them on a fascinating Bust Craft expedition when everyone thoroughly enjoyed by all accounts.
Then it was into Coding with Graham and a hectic hour of students buzzing around trying to complete the project by 9pm.
Supper followed in the evening sunset and a quick game of football.
The time had come for the world premier of the CMA iPad Challenge Movies in the Dome.
Half the students are staying with us for another week in Delphi Resort. Can’t wait!
