EXPERIENCE THE DIFFERENCE

Another wonderful STEAM ACADEMY session at Glenstal Abbey School on Saturday (November 8th) further exploring sound, animation and story telling in an AI world.

Following on from our last session, where students used AI to produce animations, compose music and create games, this week we focused on creating and composing without using AI, and instead using digital and physical tools like Digital Audio Workstations for music and Stop Motion Studio and ink and whiteboards for animation; experiencing the difference between AI and human generated media.

A key skill in today’s world.

The same criteria that applied to media creation at the last session in October applied to the media content creation this time, namely to create media that tells their product story using sound and animation. Sudents were also furthering their product branding and marketing understanding.
